Is eating 1250 calories too little/ normal/ too much?

I'm a 25 years old Asian female with a fairly sedentary lifestyle.

    It's really hard to get all your nutrients at anything below 1600 calories. Even for small people. Eat more and if you start gaining weight - exercise more, too. That is the

    heatlhiest

    If you are losing weight it is too little, if you are staying the same, it is probably close.

    Everyone is different , but you will probably lose a few pounds a month on 1250 a day. If you are trying to maintain weight you could try 1800 a day and see if you are gaining or losing. After a month adjust your daily calories up or down by 200 for each pound you are gaining or losing per month.

    2000 calories a day is normal. I imagine you are scrawnier than I am!!!!
