    If internal temperature is 165, it's done. Use meat thermometer

    That would depend entirely on what sort of fish it is? Skin on skin off? Oily fish, fresh water fish or even if its Shark which is sold in fish shops all over the world with lots of different names.

    If you've been cooking fish for as long as I have you can tell by the way it 'feels'

    when you press it with your ring and middle finger.

    Otherwise, just 'gently' stick a fork into it and see if it 'flakes' easily.

    You poke it with a fork. Does it fall apart? Yes, it's done. Voila, it should only take a few minutes.

    fish doest take long at all to grill i would think 3 minutes a side would be satisfactory alot of people these days are eating it raw with no side effect
