Can an infected tooth heal by itself or do I need antibiotics ?

It’s swollen, but it doesn’t hurt as much as 3 days ago. It was killing me.

    How do you know it was infected? Could just be unhealthy from poor cleaning. Either way you should go to the dentist because they’ll give you medicine to heal it.
