Should i go to a doctor? ?
This morning when i woke up i stretched, as most people often do, but when i stretched my neck against my pillow i heard a slight crunch on te right side of my neck and ever since (it was almost 10 hours ago) my neck has been quite sore and i'm unable to lean my head all the way back and if i try to look to my right i feel quite a bit of pain and it's a lot less mobile than looking to my left. My neck hasn't stopped hurting ever since it happened. Should i go to the doctor in the morning or give it a few days?

I know people this has happened to. You likely tour a muscle and should see if ice helps the pain. If you can move it at all, there's nothing really to worry about but I would wait at least five days to see a doctor.

Take some ibuprofen or naproxen to lessen the inflammation and hopefully you won't need prescription muscle relaxers.
Yes, if it persists or gets worse, see the doctor.
