Exercise/fitness routine question?
I've just begun exercising regularly and am looking for a take on my routine from you exercise and body humans who know about exercise and body things.
I'm 5'11, 140-some pounds, high metabolism. The things I'm starting to do every morning are:
50-60 crunches 4x
20-30 10lb weight curls with left arm 4x
10 narrow + 10 wide pushups for chest 4x
2mi run
My hope is to gain upper body strength and running endurance/leg muscle. If I keep doing this daily, is that a good plan for my body? And will I need to eat significantly more? I'm regularly already quite hungry not long after eating a lot. I was considering the protein things, but I wasn't sure if the amount that I'm exercising would call for it.

I wouldn't train the same muscles everyday besides your abs. You're just going to tear them up a bunch by doing that with little time to repair. You should be exercising each muscle group 3 days a week to improve or 2 days a week to maintain. 2 to 3 days of cardio is important cross training. Also stretch every time you work out. And do a warm up and cool down. Those last two are very important for not hurting yourself. I would eat more than 2000 calories but not exactly sure how much maybe like 2500. Yes eat protein as well as carbs and potassium. I mean everything is important but those will help energy levels and your muscles. High levels of exercise will make you lose your appetite (this happens to me with 2-3 hours of exercise a day. 6d/wk). Force yourself to get the right amount of calories. Highly active males should drink about 80 ounces of water each day. Little tip. Put a pinch of salt in your water if you feel your muscles wont relax to stretching.

The problem you are going to have is that only aliens visit this site! There are no body humans that visit here. One thing I can tell you though is that you should do weight curls with your right arm too, unless you do not have one. Since you are hungry all the time, you should realize that you are already underweight.
If your body is not getting enough nutrition to meet your needs currently, there is not way you are going to gain any muscle! It is not a good idea to exercise any muscle group daily, they need a day's rest before exercising, unless you are from Zoltron, then daily exercise is just fine.
