I was just curious about this aspect of my astrological chart: there is a shared sign among my sun, moon, ascending, and first three planets - all are gemini. And my sun and moon are in the 1st house. Is there any significance, reason, or name for this? Thank you. 

After compulsively running fingers through my hair last winter, I noticed some loss on top, and now that it's three months later, I'm concerned about why I haven't noticed regrowth. Does it take three months for follicles to regenerate? And does this look like the result of that? Taken today:

I'm wondering about how protein intake relates to the amount of exercise I'm inquiring to do. If I'm doing three-four days a week of push-ups and sit-ups a week (around 200 sit-ups total a day and 50 push-ups) and doing running everyday, would that be enough to necessitate protein powder to see results? I have a skinny body and I'd like to see results. I already feel like I need to eat a lot just in general.

I've just begun exercising regularly and am looking for a take on my routine from you exercise and body humans who know about exercise and body things.

I'm 5'11, 140-some pounds, high metabolism. The things I'm starting to do every morning are:

50-60 crunches 4x

20-30 10lb weight curls with left arm 4x

10 narrow + 10 wide pushups for chest 4x

2mi run

My hope is to gain upper body strength and running endurance/leg muscle. If I keep doing this daily, is that a good plan for my body? And will I need to eat significantly more? I'm regularly already quite hungry not long after eating a lot. I was considering the protein things, but I wasn't sure if the amount that I'm exercising would call for it.

What is the form of the head? Can't quite tell.
