when you step in an elevator with people in it, do you face towards the people or away from them?

I face the door in an elevator.

Away................

usually face towards them although I prefer to have them facing the other way.

I face the door .

I face straight ahead.

You turn around and punch the elevator button. Then stay facing the front of the elevator, not the people.

I usually stand facing the door.

Everything is strange if someone don't do something nowadays.

I prefer to look at the door instead of in a person face. It look like a stare down at a UFC weigh in if you keep looking at them.

It's kinda uncomfortable in an elevator as it.

Sometimes I face them, especially if I already know them. It IS a strange protocol to all face the door.
