If I see a video of a possible crime (after an arrest), could I be charged with anything or called as a witness?

    No charges, you did not witness.

    No, because watching a recording after the fact doesn't make you a witness.

    No but you have a civic responsibility to report the crime you witnessed on the video.

    Not unless you had something directly to do with it. alot of people can see a video these days considering how the internet and social media works but im sure you aren't the only one. now if you or someone you know was directly involved then that'd be a different story.

    I don't know, but I do believe you could be called to verify said video.
