CARDIO WEIGHT LOSS?
I'm aiming to lose 10 pounds. How much weight loss can any of you approximate (on opinion, not actual facts of course,) if I run on a treadmill for 20-30 minutes every day of the week?

Depends on your diet, primarily. What you eat is 80% of any fat loss program, and exercise accounts for the other 20%.
As for the exercise, how many calories you burn during your 20-30 mins will vary on the intensity of your workout. A round figure for running is 100 calories per mile or per 10 mins (assuming you're running at a 10 min per mile pace), for an average sized male. Your current size, your sex, and the intensity/pace of your run will impact your exact calorie burn.
You can get a rough estimate of your calorie burn using this calculator https://www.freedieting.com/calories-burned Just type in your age, sex, height, weight, and how many minutes you will exercise. Press "Calculate" and then look under Running and find your pace (mph) to see how many calories you burn.
Cleaning up your eating and watching your calorie intake will make a huge difference. A person an close fat by changing their diet without changing their activity, but are not likely to lose fat by changing their activity without changing their diet.

Limiting calorie intake is more effective at weight loss than exercise. So without knowing how many calories you're eating, it's impossible to answer this for you.
