Which is the better show? Bing bang theory or Friends?

Neither is better. "Better" is a completely subjective term, dude. A matter of personal opinion and nothing else. It's also terribly vague. Better how? Better in what way? Better to whom? Do you mean funnier? More skillfully written? More successful performances and acting? Define your terms, but realize that there really is no such thing as better. There is your personal favorite. That's all.

I watched Friends. Once. I've seen all the episodes of Big Bang.
