Honda crv 52 plate?
Hi all honda crv 52 plate my headlights are only working on full beam (no side lights(nothing when I twist the stalk once only full beam on two twists ))fuse is ok (if I'm checking the right one) as I cannot believe that both bulbs would go at the same time. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Both bulbs CAN go at the same time. But far more likely is that you never noticed the failure of one bulb until the second one failed.
Also fuses for lighting don’t usually “just” fail. They overwhelmingly only do so when there is a genuine problem which would otherwise cause a dangerous electrical overload and possible fire.
So remove and check the headlamp bulbs. It’s also very common for the sidelights (parking lights) to fail and not be noticed until MOT time,
so check those as well. Note that you absolutely must not handle the glass on your halogen headlamp bulbs with bare hands, so use clean surgical gloves or a bit of clean paper towelling. If you accidentally touch the quartz glass then clean it thoroughly with methylated spirits (methanol). The problem is that the sweat from your skin will rapidly etch through the glass when it becomes exceptionally hot and that shatters the bulb. Normal tungsten bulbs like sidelights, brake lights and indicators are not affected by that.

One twist of the light switch turns on the parking lights. To twists turn on the head lights. To go from high beams to low beams you either pull the turn signal/headlight switch towards you or away from you.
Headlight bulbs can burn out at the same time. You always pull a bulb to see if the element is bad before you start checking the wiring or replace the switch.
