hi all I've  been given a chinese made double 2din stereo to put into my 54 (2005) plate honda crv mk2 I want to be able to keep use of the cars original steering wheel controls.  The new stereo has key one and key two wires that apparently connect to the original controls of the stereo. How do i do this please do i need a special connection if yes what do i need please.  Thankyou guys and gals

Hi all I want to replace my broken navigation head unit in my 2005 cr-v can any of you suggest a replacement radio/CD player with or without dvd player that can have a reverse camera added on and also what adapter it needs so the steering wheel controls are still operative . Need to not be sky high prices if possible

Hi all honda crv 52 plate my headlights are only working on full beam (no side lights(nothing when I twist the stalk once only full beam on two twists ))fuse is ok (if I'm checking the right one) as I cannot believe that both bulbs would go at the same time.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated. 

Hi all can anyone please help me . When ever I have my boiler on the pipes bump and grind constantly until it trips its reset and cuts out .ive tried bleeding the radiators but nothing helps. Any advice/suggestions greatly appreciated. its a ideal classic nf250

Need to replace alternator on a 2003 Vauxhall Corsa c.

I've removed parts to get to the alternator and slackened the belt I've removed the top bolt on the alternator but how do I remove the bottom bolt as the belt tension spring is in the way ? Please help and details and even rough diagrams would be brilliant. As soon as it's done I no longer have to be my daughter's free taxi!

Hi all i need to replace the alternator on my daughter's Corsa. I have removed the engine mount bolts to allow a little more access .the first problem I've found is I can't seem to get the tensioner to move to slacken the belt for removal by trying to turn clockwise nothing by trying to turn anticlockwise the bolt just seems to turn and that's it . Please any idiot proof help with diagrams or videos if possible greatly appreciated as YouTube searches for hours is of little help.

Help please my daughter s vauxhall corsa c has developed a fault when driving all of a sudden all the electrics and engine cut out and everything comes to a stop . It has a new battery so please guys and gals any ideas appreciated

Hi I have a Vauxhall Corsa on a 52 plate . How do I know what body part to get ? For example I need to replace a front wing i have found one for sale but it says it is for a Vauxhall Corsa c how do I know if it's gonna fit or are they the same ?

Hi can anyone help me please I have a honda crv on a 52 plate and a bulb that is the backlight on the dashboard/instrument panel (fuel tank level to be exact) needs replacing can anyone tell me what bulbs I need to get to replace. Then all I will have to do is to work out how to access the back of the panel .

Can anyone tell me what part I need to get to correct this and if it is possible for me to do myself or does it need to be done in a garage with specialist tools . If possible please provide me with pic or link of part required for purchasing I'm in uk in case that makes a difference

Hi all i have a heating problem radiators hot upstairs but not downstairs I believe the altech cps 130-5 pump has failed. Can anyone tell me a like for like / equivalent I can purchase to replace and hopefully get some warmth in the house.

WTL150 can anyone please tell me anything about it as I cannot seem to find anything about it on the web I. Hi all can anyone tell me simple English step by step process for the 'idle learn procedure ' for a honda cr-v mk2 2002 (52 plate )

I'm having to replace the elector ice load detector and the vtec solenoid valve and have read that to run the idle learn procedure afterwards is a must .

Hi all sadly my I can't fix the clutch on my cr-v myself so need to get it to a garage. Obviously with no clutch I cannot get it into a gear to drive myself. My question is is it ok to be towed by another vehicle by chain or rope ? Obviously I can start the car and have it running to activate all lights and steering and brakes etc but I wasn't sure if towing a 4 wheel drive was ok ? My theory is if engine running should be ok but as I'm not an expert I thought I'd ask for advice from those with the knowledge and experience.
