Honda crv 2005 stereo?

Hi all I've got a malfunctioning navigation head unit in my 2005 crv . If I replace with a double din stereo unit what adapter lead do I need to still keep use of the stereo controls on the steering wheel

    Car audio shops sell (or can order) interface boxes for many cars.

    you ask that question to the company you buy the head unit off? Otherwise get it installed by someone that knows what they are doing?
