Vauxhall Corsa c 2003?
Hi guys and gals
Need to replace alternator on a 2003 Vauxhall Corsa c.
I've removed parts to get to the alternator and slackened the belt I've removed the top bolt on the alternator but how do I remove the bottom bolt as the belt tension spring is in the way ? Please help and details and even rough diagrams would be brilliant. As soon as it's done I no longer have to be my daughter's free taxi!

Take the tensioner off completely but if it's got a broken metal tab inside you'll probably need to replace it because it'll be really hard to get back on... I think the tensioner bolt is like an 8mm there's an E socket for it but I can't remember which one... to slacken the belt put an e14 socket on the roller nut and pull the ratchet towards you...
