I am just glad there is no MOT in the US. Half of the vehicles will fail with torn CV joint boots lol. See a mechanic.

The vehicle is 15 years old. It's an advisory therefore it becomes a LID item. (Let It Develop)

This time next year if it then fails (if you still have the vehicle) get it repaired then

As with many Hondas from around 2001 onwards, the bushings (and balljoints) cannot be replaced, but are bonded-in. The complete arm usually needs changing. As the deterioration is only an advisory item and not causing excessive movement, just leave it and see what next years MOT examiner says.

That will have to be done at a shop where they have a press, to press the new bushing in.
