Are Jehovah's Witnesses Not Interested in Saving Souls?

A workmate of mine had Jehovah's Witnesses turn up at his front door a couple of weeks ago. They began with the normal question "What do you think of the state of the world today?" and he sounded off about how awful and worrying so much in the world is. They then asked him what his religious beliefs were, to which he replied that he worshipped Satan. Instead of trying to save him from Satan, they simply said "Well, if that's the case, we have nothing more to say to you," and left.

I don't quite get where they were coming from, those JWs.  Surely the only reason they were out and about evangelising was to try to win souls for God  -  so why did they turn their backs so deliberately on my workmate? Are JWs not really in the business of saving souls after all?  I mean, if someone says they worship Satan, shouldn't they be made a priority?  I just don't get it.

I don't think it's wise to base you opinion on the case of 2 individuals out of an 8.5 million strong religious organization. Many probably would not have handled the situation with your workmate in the way that these two did. However, JWs are imperfect humans just like everyone else. Hopefully your coworker will give the next to JWs that visit a second chance.

Do the witnesses of the Guardian Tower not believe in the soul of man, do they declare that the soul is their blood?

They read the sacred scripture at will because they are not Christian doctrine, and they are the antichrist!

Jesus Christ said:

Matthew 10:28.
And fear not those who slay the body, but cannot slay the soul; fear rather he that can cause the soul and the body to perish in the geenna of fire.

So it's clear, there's a physical body dying, but there's a soul that's immortal!

We can say that they are guided by their god, Satan, I find it strange that they did not agree with your friend who adores Satan, because in the end, they will end up together with your friend in hell!
