Did work for Mediacom via independent contractor and never got paid! Who to contact?
I know that the independent contractor works for himself. But I'm sure mediacom wouldn't want someone doing work for them and not paying they're employee's I obviously have his name and a picture of his business license. So if anyone knows a direct line or web address or any type of communication to just report him I would be very greatful

You would have to take him to small claims court. There is no agency that's going to intervene on your behalf.

If you worked for an independent contractor and that person did not pay you, Mediacom is not part of your issue.
Since you are an employee, you file a wage and hour claim with your state's wage & hour board, if there is one. If there isn't, you file a claim with the federal Department of Labor.
