Healthy food help but no time?
I've super busy with work and im not used to this life style so I've been eating like trash and going to fast food all the time and im sick of it! I want to lose weight but idk how to cook so thats why im forced to eat junk! I like frozen meals but i dont have enough time during my break to cook them.I only get 15 mins! DO you have any tips for me?

Just look at meal prep options on Pinterest. Invest in a set of good glass storage containers and start making all your lunches and/or dinners at the beginning of the of the week. My favorite way to do lunch is to make a big serving of quinoa, and bake or grill a chicken breast split into four parts with different spices. From there, I usually dress them up to do two Mediterranean bowls and two Southwest bowls. Four healthy lunches take me maybe 45 minutes on a Sunday.

Find an asian Buffett and get a take out box
Of steamed broccoli and shrimp and kelp
Crab sushi. Just take it out and eat it. Buy
Fresh fruit like strawberries and blue berries
And a plastic container of mixed nuts and
Bananas and fiber one oatmeal cookies
And chicken thighs and froze bs salmon.
Buy a iron pot and boil things for about an
Hour for chicken and a half hour for salmon
( leave it in the bag and let it cook in it's own
Juices ) you can bring prepared lunch box
Stuff to work as well. It's best to get a wide
Variety of natural foods in small amounts.
Good luck. Also you can get a subway wheat
Club sandwich with spinach and tomatoes
And pickles and pour bottled honey on it.
It's healthier that way and fewer calories
Than junk food ( mayonnaise or mustard ).
Also drink bottle water mostly with a few
Glasses of while milk a few times a week.
