Strap on casters, Are they available?

I have seen linoleum installers use some kind of strap on casters.

The casters are made to fit a corner of what needs to be moved, but a ratcheting strap is used to hold them to the appliance. Then a lever is used to lower the casters (like jacking the appliance up).

Any idea where I can purchase these?

Ive seen these, but I think there are newer ways to move furniture without such strapping etc. But you can buy them...here is a set. Found on Handtrucks2go.com

I'd use 3-wheeled dollys. One could strap them in place using ratchet straps purchased separately:

I made my own with sets of skateboard wheels. Have to forgoe the jacking lever, so just tip the appliance forward to slip the dolly under.

They don't strap on. The are placed under the item. Any strap used is 100% independent of the casters.
