Having trouble keeping up?? ?

I’ve been having recently “keeping up” with my older girlfriend. I’m 21 and she’s 6 years older than me. Anyway it’s been rough over the last few  times we’ve had sex because for some reason I finish too early. I’ve had trouble earlier on in our relationship keeping up, but since then we’ve been having pretty good sex up until this point. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stay harder for longer periods.

Rub one out before you have sex - you can practice self-control while you are masturbating too.

If you still go off early, get down between her legs and eat her pu**y until you get hard again.  Start by licking her cl!t, then wrap your mouth around it and suck while you lick.  You can lay down on your stomach while you are doing it and reach up around her legs and grab her breasts at the same time.

Don't let up when she starts to c*m either - just keep going.

Try to remember that you also have a mouth, a tongue, hands and fingers to help you please your GF.

Men have a refractory period (look it up), if you fire your gun too soon... it's going to take time to reload it. That's why you should rely on those other "options" I mentioned earlier and pull the trigger on your gun only after you've already pleased her via those other means at least once... preferably more.

    She'll thank you for it!

From what you’ve asked earlier, you’re not on the same page with her. She wants to get married and has a career going. You’re still in college and don’t want to get married yet.

Get that stuff sorted out with her.

Your guilt is interfering with your staying power.
