If they searched my phone They would only find I have rang maybe three numbers all to do with health care.

Received maybe three in response. I have only had it a few weeks so haven't used it much.

I only have a personal mobile phone for emergencies.

I use my work mobile for day to day stuff. That is a shared phone so although the time It is signed out to me is traceable everything on there is not mine. It is often shared between colleagues even when it is signed out to an individual so it would be difficult to prove who was using it at any given time.

Only an idiot would use a traceable phone if they were using it while committing a crime.

I would be innocent, there’s nothing in my phone but work notes and text messages mostly about work and a few from old friends.

I'm not stupid enough to record my business affairs on my phone or my primary home computer.

And I don't subscribe to any social media at all.

You should see the look on USA Customs Border Agents faces when they look at my phone. There's so little on it that a 1-2 minute cursory exam is all that's needed.

And my own CANADIAN Border agents have been known to search my bags for a second phone.

Without proof, they cannot lock me up.

Kinda a stupid question. For starters it depends on what the false charge is. Why'd I have evidence proving my guilt in a crime I didn't commit on my phone? This is presented as a "do you have bad stuff on your phone?" thing, but it doesn't make sense.
