I have a whole slew of canned vegetables in my basement pantry, my food storage, dating back to 2004.  I just used a can of 2004 corn and a can of 2004 peas in a chicken noodle soup I made last week.  It was good.

A bottle of salad dressing. It’ll expire in a month, but I know I won’t use it. I should throw it out right now.

I guess the maple syrup for the fridge, but I just refilled it not too long ago... we moved 3 months ago and got rid of A LOT. I suppose the spices are the oldest in the pantry.

Fridge?   Probably a bottle of sriracha sauce.

Pantry?   Probably some random spice I bought for a one-time recipe and never used again.
