    A question would be

    Is it significantly different with a significance value of alpha = 0.05   or

    alpha = 0.01

    Mean = 98

    Standard deviation for sample mean  = 0.733/sqrt(130) =  0.064288353

    Z_test =   (98.249 - 98) /   0.064288353

    Z_test  =  3.873174364

    P(z< 3.87 ) =  0.99995

    P(z< 3.88) =  0.99995

    so for it is different or significant  , you check for   < alpha/2   or

    >   1 - alpha/2

    since   1 -0.99995 =  0.00005

    so long as  alpha > 0.0001   , it is significantly different.

    so it is signficantly different
