Make a studio of some sort, maybe makeup studio if you don't already have one or an art studio or make it a place to go to when you need to think

You don't say how old you are. Are you at school? You could do your homework in there, ask friends round and ask them to help you turn the place into a den. If you're older, you could rent the place out.

Store stuff, play with stuff, turn it into your little cave hideaway, charge others to store stuff, start a business charging others for usage of your secret Oasis hideaway 🙃
