Do you like the name Theodora?

Yeah, I like it. Nicknames include Dora and Thea. I like middle names like Theodora Florence, Theodora Beatrix, Theodora Elspeth, Theodora Cleo, Theodora Genevieve, Theodora Guinevere, Theodora Josephine, Theodora Beatrice, Theodora Harriet, Theodora Esther etc.

Theodora is only okay to me.  I am not a fan of Theo for a girl.

Middle names rarely matter except as honors to other relatives or admired historical figures. Most kids never use them, especially kids with long and divisible first names like "Theodora."

Yeah, "Theo" works; so does "Dora," although the kid would probably get teased because of "Dora the Explorer" ("Hey Dora, where's your monkey?" etc.).
