Is this sentence correct?

"I welcome you to come to the party."

    It depends. Are they being invited or just entering the party. If they are being invited, then you just say "You're invited to the party". If they are entering the party, then you say "Welcome to the party!".

    English is not my native langage, however I would use the verb: ' Invite '.

    → '' I invite you to come to the party ''.

    No...."I invite you to come to the party".

    I think better would be "You are welcome to come to the party".   If true!!
