Is it possible to volunteer in a hospital pediatric ward?

To help with the babies or the other kids who are there? I would love to do this.

It is possible to volunteer at a hospital, but they don't typically let volunteers near the babies.

Instead of asking strangers on the internet, why don't you look at your hospital's website and find the "volunteer" section????

God I hope not. I wouldn’t want some untrained google eyed volunteer near my baby.

Oh yeah sure. I've hired an economist to work in a clinic despite having no experience in medicine.
