If I relinquish POA, does this make me not responsible for anything any longer? It's too much stress and interfering with my job. ?

    Talk to an attorney before relinquishing it. You might find someone else you can transfer this too or get someone to help you out more.

    You can relinquish power of attorney at any time. No one can force you to keep it if it's against your desires.
