    In the UK, schools usually teach French or Spanish.

    Spanish, French, and German are the most common languages taught in American schools.

    Well, in Florida we have the option of learning either Spanish, French, or German.

    Yes....I learned Welsh (first language) , English (second language) and French (foreign language). Some schools offered German or Spanish or Italian instead of /as well as French.

    Schools in the UK teach French, Spanish and German at least.  It's the same with many US schools as well.
