would i run into copyright trouble for using pantone colors in my comic?

i have some characters who are based off pantone colors. Their names are the color and their hair matches that color (ex: a girl named “emerald” with pantone emerald hair). I feel like this is the kind of thing that wouldnt pose a copyright issue, but if it does i can always change the colors a little bit.

My best guess is that the color names are either copyrighted or trademarked. So yes, change them. It's better to sidestep a lawsuit for sure than risk one.
