Will there actually be WW3 or is it all bs?

Whatever happens between Iran and the USA will not result in World War Three. 

If the Iranians stop trying to kill Americans or our allies then the Iranians won't have to worry about being visited by the US military.

No, this isn't going to start WW3 any more than anything else that has happened since the end of the Cold War.  

Probably just another  proxy war in third world countries- most people don't want nuclear Armageddon and directly attacking any nuclear power risks that.
