Personal problems.?
There are some unresolved issues that I have shared with my uncle ( my mother's younger brother) and I have fully authorized him to communicate on my behalf. It's been plus 8 months but the issues still remain unresolved. I genuinely want to correct my mistakes. I often visit him for any updates on the matter but I get no answer. He is not even arranging for a meeting so that i can forward my request by myself.
I have been having a dream since a few days in which i am told that the only reason my problem is not being resolved is because I myself asked some people to not let it happen.
The thing is that I can't pinpoint as to whome I asked to stop it from happening.
What do I do now ?

I don't know what problem you're having, however there are no unseen forces that can prevent you from resolving the issue, the problem lies within yourself and you are the only one who can break that curse.
You may have asked your subconscious to not allow it to happen in a dream you can't remember. Your subconscious is a powerful part of your mind and will remember even though you don't, and it doesn't easily change. You may need to return to the dream world and ask it to let you free.
This is my guess, but it cannot hurt to try. The best way to do that is to lucid dream.

I had another dream with same people except one person , let's say I call him judge uncle, but I believe that when I asked my cousin to step back I also meant it for everyone that he can influence and I really meant everyone.

If you want it done it looks like you are going to have to do it for yourself. And I know you don't want to do this. But the person you relied upon to deliver this message, didn't do it, and it looks like he has no intention of do it. What is stopping you from taking the bull by the horns and doing the dirty deed yourself?

Start keeping diaries so If this happens again, you can look back to find this answer. Or if it did happen at all.
How have you been contacting him? If with your computer, look over recored records for it. If printed or e-mailed you should have it.
