What can you tell me about sun Scorpio in 3rd house is square to moon Aquarius in 6th house. Will I ever find balance between them?

You find your sense of inner wholeness and self-fulfillment when you are emotionally intense ... and the best use of that is to dig deep into yourself, face your inner issues, and transform yourself by overcoming them. You do this using your logical conscious mind. That is what Sun (self-esteem) in Scorpio (emotional intensity) in the 3rd House (conscious mind) means.
If you are not actively pursuing inner growth, instead you may just lead a very very busy life, going here and there and always being active ... and this gives you a superficial sense of inner wholeness. (the 3rd House also represents our local environment, and is involved in a lot of short trips and activities, and a lot of talking to others).
Moon in Aquarius means that your automatic emotional reactions are detached and you attempt to be logical. Actually, Moon in Aquarius is NOT comfortable with emotions and tends to repress emotions until they build up and break out in some sudden and/or rebellious way. In the 6th House, this can have an affect on your health.
The square aspect between the two means that there is an inner conflict between how you try to find inner wholenesss (Sun in Scorpio) and how you try to work with your emotions so that you feel emotionally "safe" in life (Moon in Aquarius) ... these two needs are not the same needs although both are different sides of how we relate to our inner self.
The conflict between these two needs/planets produces a lot of inner tension, and that interferes with your ability to meet EITHER of those needs. In other words, self-esteem and emotional wholeness seem to be difficult to find, and your outer behaviors tend to be unwise and make it even more difficult for you.
Can you find balance between them? Oh, DEFINITELY. But it takes time and work, and most of all it takes the inner courage TO look at your inner responses and mechanisms ... in real time format, meaning AS you are reacting to things. That is when we learn about ourselves ... through in-the-act inner observation.
After all, our birthchart is only an influence, and it does not control us unless we fail to act out of self-awareness. All the birthchart shows how we will likely be IF we do nothing to change, grow or transform ourselves.
So you have some guidelines about what you will be looking for as you act/react to occurrences ... the wish that you didn't have to deal with your emotions, and the intensity that rises up within you.
But of ALL the Signs of the zodiac, Scorpio has the greatest intensity. Which is a problem if there is no self-awareness, but gives you the courage TO look honestly and clearly and openly at what is going on inside of you. Harness that intensity and use it for the courage to go within and see yourself. THAT is where change and self-mastery comes from. That and ... just relaxing into things we cannot change (which is MOST of life).
