What is the best beach near Tampa Florida close to the airport? ?

Ben T. Davis Beach is closest to the Tampa International Airport.The other end of bridge has a beach also but there is a sewage plant that smells.The Tampa side has parking and picnic shelters the other side has an outrageous pedestrian walkway.Quality is subjective it is good enough for locals.It is nicer than Daytona beach with vehicle traffic.

clearwater beach is closer with busy hotels, bars and tourist stuff.. Quieter ones are Indian Rocks or Reddington Beaches..same sandy beaches as clearwater. Honeymoon Island near Dunnedin about 2 hours from the airport is the best.

Clearwater and most of the other beaches in that area. Anna Maria Island is wonderful, but it's about an hour away from Tampa.
