Do almonds raise or lower testosterone?

I'm finding conflicting information online. Some state that they do boost and others state they do the opposite. I'm getting back into my workout regimen. Looking for foods that naturally boots testosterone.

Almonds will only help if your diet is deficient in some of the nutrients they provide.   Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts and spinach)  and white button mushrooms are more effective for optimizing hormones.   The I3C found in cruciferous vegetables works by promoting the conversion of stronger estrogens into weaker/less active estrogen.  White button mushrooms are an aromatase inhibitor, slowing the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. My experience is that it is helpful for staying lean and tone, but does not measurably increase muscle size. I have four 85 gram servings of cruciferous vegetables and 100 grams of white button mushrooms every day.
