    I would pronounce the Y the same as it is pronounced in Yvonne, Yvette, Yves

    I wouldn't pronounce it on my own, I would ask the person whose name it was how they pronounce it.

    I would say either Eel ee ahn or Eel ee ah nah.

    Yuh-lee-ann if I saw it, but I would assume that's probably not how they intend it to be pronounced.
