He knows I like him a lot, yet he likes to be chased. We work together, he sweet in person maybe coz he knows he's gonna get something, but when we're apart he barely replies on my messeges and always sent me short message mostly emojis. I told him Im done with him anymore because I don't like what his doing to me. But everytime I see him at work makes me weak and suddenly forgets the bad side of him. Any suggestions? He's a buddy from work. "Sweet in person" . That's very open, isn't it? Any chance he's just simply a nice guy who doesn't encourage off work flirtation because he's just interested in fun at work? Him not wanting to have a txting relationship or a relationship outside of work doesn't really imply he has a "bad side of him". More like he's just a work buddy.

Sounds like he likes the attention you give him, beyond that there isn't much else. This is reason #123,365 why you don't get involved with a coworker.
