He knows I like him a lot, yet he likes to be chased. We work together, he sweet in person maybe coz he knows he's gonna get something, but when we're apart he barely replies on my messeges and always sent me short message mostly emojis. I told him Im done with him anymore because I don't like what his doing to me. But everytime I see him at work makes me weak and suddenly forgets the bad side of him. Any suggestions? Still looking for another job so I can move on.

Alright, yesterday we woke up too early because it was hot inside our room, I checked the AC thermostat and its running however the temperature was still at 77degrees. I dont know much about AC so I lowered the temperature to 70 to think it would drop the current temp, but it didn t. It stayed on 77 until I decided to turn it off. So for a few hours it was off, I decided to turn it back on and it started blowing cold air again, until this morning woke up with little to no air, you have to literally put your hand next to the vent to feel some air. Its weird how you can hear the AC turns on but its not blowing any air, but if I shut it down for a few hours it will work again. Any solution to this matter? Any help I would appreciate. We normally set our AC temp to 73degrees because Vegas is too hot! Thankyou

Anyway, I just got hired at a new job! Im worried about my status, because my green card is already expired since last year! I didn't renew it because I applied for my citizenship, which turns out I am already a US citizen through my dad! So tomorrow, when I go over with my application with the HR i dont know what to put? Do i put permanent resident with my expired green card? Or a US citizen? Do they ask when did I became a US citizen? How do I prove it to them?

Its weird how . ive had so many jobs and always put im only a permanent resident even tho im a Us citizen thru my dad and immigration never said anything to HR ?

I had a recent interview and passed it, however turns out I am already a US citizen through my dad so I didn't really need to go through the interview. The associate told me to file for N600 but it cost so much money to do that?

So my questions are...

Is it necessary to apply for N600?

Do I need it to get a passport?

I am basically US citizen but does not have a certificate. What do I need to do?

A friend of mine just moved in to my house on march 20th, take note I have paid my mortgage for the month of March so to help her atleast, im not asking for any payment for march. but would like her to pay on april 3rd or 3rd day each month since thats the last day of mortgage payment but she disagreed, she believes im asking payment too early because she moved in on the 20th then she should be paying every 20th of each month. Then I explained to her that Im basically giving her free rent of 2weeks in March, and thay payment in April 3rd she will be giving me is to cover the entire month of April. I told her too that rent is paid in advance monthly, anyway is it still okay for her to pay on the 20th? instead of 3rd of April rent, how do I explain it to her?

I went in yesterday for my interview and passed it! I was really excited until he pulled out my application and telling me I didn't even have to file N400 because I am already a US Citizen because of biological father. Now they're asking me to file N600 instead, and I have to provide my fathers certificate to prove he is a US Citizen already and the problem that I have is I need to provide some kind evidence that I was in his custody when we moved here in the US. I don't have any records of bills anything address because I was under age at that time and we did live w/ my dad for a few months only. So before I even started highschool here in Nevada I already lived with my Aunt and Uncle so I can go to the school that I want (bcause of the zoning). Wil a notarized paper saying I lived with my dad when we moved here is enough (w/ his signature so I can be naturalized? or is there anyway I can ask DMV to give me a paper copy of my State Id (My very first ID) from 11yrs ago? What are my other options?

My bf and I have been together for almost 7yrs and we have two kids together. A few days ago I found out his coworker was expressing her feelings to him(thru texts). She said she care about him more than he thinks(Take note: she also has a bf and they live together).Anyway, they always text I ve seen it on ATT logs and calls too after his work (at his other job) sometimes past midnight I see calls(My bf is always in the garage playing w/ his phone or whenever he makes a phone call he walks out) According to my bf he never thought all the kindness he was showing would lead her to fall for him, he said he never felt the same with her and that if he did, he would have left me and our kids for that girl? But Im not sure wether to believe in him, i felt betrayed! Im torn! Before I can hold or see his phone and never seen a text from that girl because he always deletes them I guess? i mean why would he delete the texts if it was work related anyway like what he has told me!? That everythinf was work related? I need to get out of this situation? I cant sleep,eat think right because of this? You guys think he s telling the truth that no affair was done even if was just an emotional..

Is it okay to do early out while on probation. At work we have an option to sign a sheet (first come, first serve) to do early out, and it is up to them if they can/want to send somebody home depends on how busy it is. Its better than calling in sick during probation I think?

My bf and I have different bank accounts(No joining account). We both work but he earns more than me. I want to apply for a credit card and capital one says I can inlude somebody else s income as long as they are over 21 or older(So am I). So my question is can I add his income?

My bf works in the lab at a hospital. His boss told them they had to do an online class last thursday 6/1/17 half of his workmates are done and had their access on the website but him! He never got the password or whatever access to get on it. Then his boss texts him that it s due tomorrow 6/5/17 if my bf does not finish by tomorrow he won t be able to work or he has to pay to take the class.(According to her its the organization where they get license that asks for them to take it and not the company, and she also said that it is not her responsibility that he can t have access on it while everyone got theirs so now either he s gonna pay to take the class or not be able to work!). What do you guys think? Should he have HR be involve with this situation?

I mean its not really fair that everyone got their access on the website. Up until now he hasn t recieved the link to it.

My son is 6 months old with bad eczema, it just wont go away :(.

He only sleep for 10-15 mins then wakes up crying, scratching, and so on. I work full time and my job starts at 330 in the morning, I have to admit I have called off a few times! Now I barely have points to use. I usually called off because of my sons condition and lack of sleep. I remember coming in to work 2 days in a row with no sleep! Couldn t function well at work I could drink up to 10 cups of coffee a day to stay awake. My son doesn t like my husband so its just me who takes care of him Anyway is there anyway i can have intermittent fmla so i can take care of him on the days that he s eczema is out of control? He started having skin issues as soon as he turned 3 months old. right now I just cant afford to go on consecutive fmla because of financial issue.

Im not familiar with how this works, but anyway my annual election is only 10$ per paycheck, so far my total contribution is 40$ since I just got insurance from my employer. So my question is, on the webpage it says my TOTAL BALANCE is 120$ even tho my total contribution is 40$ so far. So how much can I use my FSA 40$ total contribution so far or the 120$ balance? I recently gave birth to a healthy boy, and have a 2 yr old daughter. I find myself very annoyed with my little girl, I want her to stop nursing like now now now! Everytime she sees me, she would try to lift my shirt and force to nurse! whether she s hungry or not as long as Im around she just want to nurse! It feels really annoying how she plays with my nipples, its really driving me crazy! I can t even sleep take a good nap because she always wants to nurse, please i need help how to stop it! I mean I dont want to keep hearing her screaming crying in the middle of the night if i dont let her nurse.

What do you guys think about living with your FIL and MIL and your own mother in one house? My house has 3bedroom n 2.5 bath, two of the rooms are vacant. The thing is my mom will be moving in with us in less than a month, hubby and I both agreed to this yrs ago so she can help with us our lil one and plus Im due in 7weeks! But my in laws might lose their house and I think they also want to stay in our house? knowing she has other kids with no inlaws living with them?. They have no car, FIL is jobless and MIL works on call, my SIL let them borrow one of her car for transportation. And they also gamble alot, maybe thats why they will lose their house coz they dont manage their money in a good way. BTW my other SIL n BIL lives with them too but idk until when? So what do you guys think all of them moving in?

recently was told they have to pay the months they missed starting JuNe 15, were **** 16 already!( So they can stay) So now, I have a feeling they would all move w/ us! My house has 3bed and 2 of dem is vacant! but my mom will move in a few months, and hubby n I have agreed yrs ago about this! And this issue with my MIL happen, we didnt know she stop paying her damn house. And just recently she ask money from us, we had to take out a loan so they would stop calling us! And yes were paying for that stupid loan and interest coz they cant ******* manage their own money! She works on call but still! Whenever they get money from her unemployment and paycheck theygamble it all and leave with nothing! She has other kids, yet non of them offered help when she was asking for money, yet all of them have money except us! We even gave them 500$ when we got our tax,our tax is gone we paid our own debt so we wont have problems when I go on my maternity leave. We have one car right now, I work grave he works swing so perfect! but if they move with us, his dad goes to doctor M,W,F he cant miss it! his mom works on call. So how the hell are gonna make it with 1 car and 4 ******* peeps have to use it!

My SIL dont hve a job and her husband is a retired army theyre not from here, but idk until when are they planning to stay here in reno.

My friend is due on end of May, and is only working part time however, when she applied for FMLA she was denied because her hours was not met. She started working there around August. So now she is kind of worried that she might not have a job after her maternity leave. Does she have other options? She's still waiting for the FMLA response for her other options, but if you guys know abit about FMLA rules or options for part timers please share. Its hard to see a friend stressing out. My friend s permanent resident card is about to expire on Monday 03/07, however she has applied for US citizenship already and they have recieved it and she s currently waiting for her interview and biometrics. The thing is her employer(HR) reminded her about it, she was told she can t continue working with her resident card expired. She made an appointment on infopass to get an extension but her appointment wont be until 03/17 thats 10days after her card expires. What can she do? she can t afford to lose her job? what should be done? What other documents can she provide to her employer so they won t fire her or idk. Or can they fire her for that? knowing she has filed for us citizenship? And shes also scared that her boss would use this excuse to get her terminated. please serious answer only.

Before when we were still in PHil, my dad would send us money every month for allowance 200$ to be exact. So my mother never really work as she had to stay home and take care of us. Then my dad decided to get us from PhIl to US. So what happen is since we re not with our mom anymore theres no more reason for him to send money( Theyve been not together for yrs btw). So my sister and I did everything car wash, clean homes for our relatives just to earn money and send it to her. When my sister finally got a decent job she would send money home and offer her to start a business back home, but my mother don t want to becuz there are plenty of vendors already(according to her). It feels like she doesnt want to work for her own money? I m kind of tired sending money back home too I mean $140 doesnt sound a lot but I have my own family now, and the fact that sometimes she would ask for extra. It just pisses me off because instead of using that money to my own kids ive got to send it to her, because she wont have money for food and all. And my mother like to blackmail her own damn kids too, saying shes just gonna kill herself so we try not to stress her out. She doesnt have any gambling drinking problems but so lazy to work for her own money. I want to stop sending money now, I just dont know,what to tell her.

We got a used car from the dealer, bought it "as is", The car was only used for about 3months then the owner traded it. So my question is what does the wrench light mean on my dashboard? I searched everywhere how to reset it? The light doesn t seem to go off? or does it stay on on the dashboard? Serious answer only pls.
