Work probation (1month left on probation)?
Is it okay to do early out while on probation. At work we have an option to sign a sheet (first come, first serve) to do early out, and it is up to them if they can/want to send somebody home depends on how busy it is. Its better than calling in sick during probation I think?

If you are on probation and signing up for something like this...expect them to fire you rather than make you permanent.
Would you hire the person who always wants to leave early?

You really shouldn't be leaving early or taking time while you're on a probation period, it just doesn't look good on you.
You have to be reliable and available to them.
I know it's hard but you should stick it out for the last month then you can ask for the time.

Unless you're going to your mother's funeral,I would suggest against it.
When they look for ways to thin out their employees, that would be an automatic permanent out. DON'T. If you are unwilling to work late, you're going to have trouble finding a job that you get to keep. Always think first- if I were a boss who needed to get a job done, is this what I would be looking for in a worker? If the answer is no, don't ever do it.
They aren't your parents or your friends, their job is to get the most out of people they pay the least. That's how business works.

It is better to have no time off at all during probation. Stick it out for the next month.
