Shouldn't Sen. Warren and Sen. Sanders be disqualified to serve as jurists during the Impeachment Trial? ?
Both of these senators are running for the office of President of the United States. Donald Trump is their political enemy. They have much to gain if he is removed from office. There is no way that they can live up to being impartial. This is outrageous!

But it doesn't.
It doesn't matter whether they "should" be disqualified, because the Constitution doesn't allow them to be disqualified.

They are free to resign as senators. LOL Running for president does not excuse their duties as senator. LOL
