    A ham and cheese sandwich on a bagel with mustard, some Greek yogurt, a big cookie, and some Green iced tea. Haven't eaten dinner yet.

    For breakfast some cereals and then baked beans on toast, for lunch a marmite sandwich and a banana, and this evening I will have some fried mince meat and vegetables and a mousse pudding.

    Grenade bar and Protein milk for lunch

    With two black coffees and a 750ml Pepsi Max.

    Breakfast: coffee, 2 sausage patties and two over medium eggs, some grapes and a mandarin.

    Lunch: 1/2 chopped chipotle cheddar salad

    Snack: A chobani flip and a mocha

    Dinner: hamburger patties with a slice of gouda and Cajun squash and zucchini.

    Snack: frozen banana with hershey's syrup.

    I've been out most of the day and just came home recently, so I just had fast food today.

    I got 2 Spicy Chicken Jrs. with a small fries for Lunch, and for supper I had a Beef Crunchwrap Supreme with Fries Supreme and a Mountain Dew Baja Blast hun 🌶🍗🍔🍔🌮🍟🥤
