Don't give up bro! Just got to stick at it, keep trying and failing and trying again... eventually you'll get there! i'm sure there's a way to get back on track... keep trying.
When I was trying to get healthy after a few YEARS of laziness, I found it took perseverance... you fail and you try again and slowly better habits take hold.
try and get 3 healthy meals a day, as a foundation, then ween yourself off snacks or onto healthy snacks. then think, right, im going to drink a glass of water with each meal, and do that. just keep finding ways of installing good habits into your life
