It ended well with my gf and I. We were friends when she had a bf and she was unhappy with the guy but enjoyed talking to me and hangin out with me more. We’re still together both of us great and happy. She never said she was sad but she always looked down an depressed whenever we hung out before she and I got together. 

The guy friends I've made have been through traveling and I made sure when we hung out when I was back home my boyfriend was there to meet them so he knew it was cool and the other guy didn't get mixed signals. I actually had the guy I was friends with stay at our place with his girlfriend and we had a great time. Along with my other guy friend does the same work my boyfriend does so he bonded with all his friends more than me lol

If you like this girl I wouldn't pursue though. As a female it's easy for us to have friends and people we are attracted to. I find males always want to bang you no matter what.
