    Far from it. Educational standards and achievement are lowest in the Bible Belt states.

    If by 'most intelligent' you mean the "least educated and most socio-economically challenged", then yes absolutely!

    I live in the Bible Belt and have dogs who are more intelligent than most of them. Where else could you find a university (Liberty) that teaches special creation? BTW, it is a university with no academic accreditation.
