Please correct this English into more natural English. We can t drive over the speed that are allowed at each road.?

    Well, we in fact CAN do that, but we shouldn't.

    I would say, "We mustn't exceed the speed limits".

    You can't say "the speed [singular] ARE allowed . . ."

    Say instead:  We must not exceed the speed limits.

    "We cannot drive over the posted speed limit for each road."

    Well first you can drive over the speed limit, but if you do you can be fined or ticketed. Maybe phrase it "Driving over the posted speed limit on roads can result in a ticket and/or fine.  BTW, speed is singular and are is plural. you would use "is allowed".
