    Factor each term:

    -1 * 3 * 5 * x^2 * y^2

    5^2 * x * y^2

    Factor out common terms

    5 * x * y^2 * (-1 * 3 * x)

    5 * x * y^2 * (5)

    5 * x * y^2 * (5 + (-1 * 3 * x)) =>

    5xy^2 * (5 - 3x)

    That's it.
