If the Democrats fail at impeaching Trump can they try again later?

I would say as long as the Senate is controlled by Vladimir Putin they will not waste their time banging their heads against a granite wall and will just vote him out in the election.

They have left that door open. He (Trump) just can not be tried based on the circumstances which they used the first time.

I was wondering if Trump can start a hearing on the perpetrators of the action taken and demand they testify under oath to him. Meaning can he bring charges against leading democrats for un-ethical conduct.

I hope he does!

The Democrats in the House are not followers of the American Constitution. If they were they never would have used their Political Bias to produce Articles of Impeachment that contained no Impeachable Offenses. 

As such, they will likely try again. For now, the Democrats are going down in History as the first Party to attempt a Corrupt but Failed Impeachment attempt. It was an attempted Political Coup.
