How much does a shift manager at Panera bread make?

Hourly and not much, I'm not sure of the exact rank structure there but usually in any food business like that only the top couple of managers get a salary, the manager and the first assistant, the one running the whole place and the deputy.

The shift managers are paid an hourly wage,as for how much ut us, I can't say for sure but it's probably between $5 and $10 per hour above whatever the minimum wage is in the state where they work.

Not a lot of dough.....

Just enough to attract people that will work for that amount....no more no less.

I made $15.25/hour when I was a lead baker there. I imagine shift managers are about the same.
