First off, I remember when Mo'ne Davis was the first girl to play in the tournament and there was the Jackie Robinson west team from Chicago. They were a good team made of 13 young African american boys from (the south side of the city which is the dangerous neighborhood in Chicago). They dominated the tournament in August 2014 and made history by becoming the first all African-American team to win the US little league world series since 1981.

Sadly, On February 11th, 2015 the little league international decided to take the title away from the team because they didn’t meet the residency requirements and it turned out that it was the adults that cheated not the kids. In the end, these 13 young people made history not just for Chicago but for the entire nation. Now will there be another all African American team in the little league world series this year or beyond?

Not anytime soon, as most young Blacks prefer either basketball and/or football.

I think it was sad that they cheated and had their title taken away,however, it's always the adults that are behind this kind of thing, and never the kids, who just want to play and win.I will choose Chicago, as the city most likely to do it  because it's the city with the largest population, of the 3 you listed.
