What do Harry Potter and Jews have in common?

Is it the Chosen One bit? Is that what sparked this? There's a bit in the books about how Harry arrived at being the so-called Chosen One, as well as a prophecy that sets up the final battle between him and Voldemort. 

And here you'd have to cross over into the New Testies. As HP becomes a savior figure with an actual death and rising again moment. Oh yeah, spoilers. 

So, I'd say, superficially, the Chosen One reference. Is HP a Moses figure or even a David? Probably not. I'm sure you can argue and twist things about to match HP to one of the characters in the OT or...eh. Might be fun to try. 

That they have both been turned into a joke by a hateful anti-Semite who unlike Harry, never had parents who loved him. 

Some Christians have issues with both of them....
